Guideline & Policies

What to Expect:

Arrive 15 minutes early, Quiet please, Cell phones off and Relax.

​

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to ensure we can start your service promptly. Late arrivals may result in a reduced appointment time, without a discount, to respect the following clients' schedules.

​

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: We understand that time is precious. To secure your appointment, we require a major credit card. Your card will only be charged if your appointment cannot be filled due to late cancellation or rescheduling. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for individual treatments and 48 hours for groups of three or more or three or more treatments. Late cancellations will incur a 50% charge, and "no-shows" will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatments. This policy allows us to compensate our therapists, even in case of no-shows.

  • Quiet, Please: Upon check-in at Four Season Spa, kindly turn off cell phones and maintain a quiet atmosphere. Our goal is to provide a haven for relaxation and stress reduction.

​

  • Children: To preserve our serene environment, please refrain from bringing children to the spa. However, we do allow children to enjoy specific spa treatments under certain guidelines: children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and all children under 18 require an adult to sign their initial consultation form. It is the adult's responsibility to monitor the child's behavior.

​

  • Forms of Payment: We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Visa, or Mastercard for payment. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks.

​

  • Gratuities: Your spa treatment fees do not include gratuities. If you wish to leave a tip, please do so at the reception desk when checking out. Tipping envelopes for cash gratuities are available at the front desk, or you may add a gratuity to your credit card payment. Tipping is not expected but always appreciated.

​

  • Product Returns or Exchanges: Unopened skin care products in their original packaging can be returned within 3 days of purchase with a sales receipt for a full credit. In the event of an allergic reaction, products must be returned immediately for a full credit, as most reactions occur within 24 to 48 hours.

​

  • Jewelry/Valuables: We recommend leaving your jewelry and valuables at home. If you do bring them, please be mindful not to leave them behind in treatment rooms or robe pockets.

​

  • Communicating Your Preferences: We want your experience to be perfect for you. Feel free to customize aspects of your treatment, such as lighting, music, table temperature, and whether you prefer conversation or silence. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask your therapist.

​

  • Pregnancy or Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical information when booking an appointment, as certain treatments may not be advisable for you. If you are pregnant, massage services can be provided only if you are beyond your first trimester (twelve weeks).

 

  • Modesty Concerns: Your comfort is essential to us. You are never required to be unclothed in front of anyone at our spa. Our therapists are trained in the "art of draping," ensuring your privacy and comfort during treatments.

  • Attire for Your Treatment: If you're unsure about what to wear for your treatment, feel free to ask our receptionist or therapist. We want you to be comfortable, so please don't hesitate to seek guidance.

​

  • Professional Spa Establishment: Our trained therapists and estheticians are dedicated to improving your wellness and relaxation. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and therapists are authorized to stop a treatment and direct the client to the front desk if such behavior occurs. Your comfort and the professionalism of our spa are of utmost importance to us.
